Summary:
As a Test Automation Lead, a typical day involves spearheading the evolution of testing practices to establish a seamless and effective quality engineering process. This role focuses on enhancing the overall testing lifecycle by integrating advanced tools and methodologies that ensure precision and reliability. The position requires driving innovation in testing strategies, fostering continuous improvement, and overseeing the implementation of intelligent automation solutions that elevate the quality and efficiency of deliverables across projects.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness.
- Mentor and support junior team members to develop their skills and contribute effectively.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment of testing objectives with overall project goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Atlassian JIRA.
- Strong knowledge of test automation frameworks and tools.
- Experience in designing and implementing continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines.
- Ability to analyze complex testing requirements and translate them into automated test scripts.
- Familiarity with scripting languages and software development lifecycle concepts.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in quality assurance processes.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Atlassian JIRA.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
