Job Description
Manage financial statements, MIS reports, budgets, and cash flow.
Handle Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, GST, TDS, and statutory compliances.
Monitor project accounting, cost tracking, and revenue recognition.
Coordinate statutory and internal audits.
Ensure compliance with Ind AS/IFRS and regulatory requirements.
Prepare and submit RERA financial compliance documents and quarterly updates.
Coordinate with RERA consultants, Chartered Accountants, and regulatory authorities for project compliance and filings.
Provide financial analysis and support management in business decisions.
