Job Description 

We are seeking a highly skilled Guidewire Business Analyst with 6–8 years of experience to join our team as a Senior Associate on a full-time basis. Responsibilities 

• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements. 

• Utilize expertise in the Guidewire platform to design solutions that meet business objectives and enhance operational efficiency. 

• Conduct gap analysis and propose strategies for improving system functionality and business processes. 

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation and integration of Guidewire solutions. 

• Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and presentations for stakeholders to ensure alignment on objectives. 

• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management and stakeholders. 

• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices throughout the project lifecycle. 

Experience & Qualifications 

• Experience: 6–8 years of relevant experience, preferably as a Guidewire Business Analyst. 

• Educational Qualification: Not specified, but relevant certifications or degrees in Business Analysis, IT, or related fields are advantageous. 

• Certifications: Not mandatory, but certifications in Guidewire or related domains will be considered a plus. 

• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. 

• Proven ability to work in a hybrid environment, balancing remote and in-office collaboration effectively. 

Preferred Sector Expertise 

While sector expertise is not explicitly required, familiarity with insurance or financial services industries is highly desirable, given the relevance of the Guidewire platform to these domains.
