Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct scheduled and surprise visits to assigned Flipkart stores.
- Audit store operations related to our scope of work and services.
- Verify that activities execute according to requirements and SOPs.
- Capture observations through photographs and audit reports.
- Share daily/weekly audit findings with management and recommend corrective actions.
- Coordinate with store teams and internal stakeholders for closure of identified issues.
- Track action items and ensure timely resolution of non-compliance points.
- Maintain audit records, visit logs, and performance dashboards.
