Working Hours: 10 am To 6 pm

Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and result-oriented Telecaller Executives to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling customer inquiries, generating leads, and maintaining positive customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Explain company products and services to customers.
• Generate and follow up on leads.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and call details.
• Handle customer queries professionally and provide appropriate solutions.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Qualification:

• 10th / 12th / Any Degree.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Required Skills:

• Good communication skills in Tamil.
• Basic knowledge of English is preferred.
• Convincing and negotiation abilities.
• Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Time management and organizational skills.

Working Hours: 10 am To 6 pm

Salary Upto: 13 000 To 15 000
