Job Opening: Mother Teacher (LKG / UKG / Grade 1)

Poorna Smrithi Public School is looking for a passionate, caring, and dedicated Mother Teacher to handle LKG, UKG, or Grade 1 students.

Location: L.R. Bande, near R.T. Nagar, Bengaluru

• Responsibilities:Handle all subjects for LKG, UKG, or Grade 1 as a Mother Teacher.
• Create a safe, caring, and engaging classroom environment.
• Teach with activity-based and child-friendly learning methods.
• Develop students' communication, reading, writing, and basic numeracy skills.
• Maintain classroom discipline with patience and positivity.
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding students' progress.
• Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, and classroom activities.
• Participate in school events and other academic responsibilities.
• Requirements:Graduate with good communication skills (NTT, D.Ed., B.Ed., or relevant qualification preferred).
• Experience in handling pre-primary or primary classes is preferred. Freshers with the right attitude may also apply.
• Must have excellent English communication skills.
• Should be patient, energetic, caring, and passionate about teaching young children.
