As a Trade Lifecycle Associate II within JPMorganChase, you will play a pivotal role in Demonstrating strategic thought leadership, as well as delivery of best practices, you will leverage your deep understanding of custody business and strong analytical acumen to make informed decisions that deliver to each of our businesses. If you are intellectually curious and have a passion for driving solutions across organizational boundaries, you may be the perfect fit for our team.  You will also be responsible for identifying process inefficiencies and implementing improvements, leveraging automation technologies, and managing projects effectively. Your ability to influence and manage internal stakeholders, coupled with your strong presentation skills and market product knowledge, will be key to your success in this role. 

Job responsibilities

• Manage all Risk team activities across custody trade lifecycle and handholding exceptions to closure
• Processes research/investigations with relevant ops managers to review weekly metrics and threshold breaches
• Create a robust control framework across CICS and Depo ops functions and provide periodic knowledge share sessions to the employees for synergy
• Understands business risk and create solutions with data driven approach 
• Create strong resiliency plan for each function and maintiain governance
• Ensure all queries are dealt within required SLAs and escalate issues, perform all deliverables in a timely and accurate manner
• Maintain the highest individual and team standards for quality assurance as it relates to all investor or fund activity / changes; ensure teams are ‘Always Audit Ready’

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Minimum 8 years in Financial Services industry. Strong financial markets product knowledge and understanding of the transaction / trade lifecycle in Custody
• Strong understanding of data analytics along with hands-on experience in BI tools such as Alteryx and Tableau
• Ability to work closely with business partners and manage operational risk
• Ability to be flexible, follow tight deadlines, organize and prioritize work
• Strategic thinking coupled with practical execution
• Anticipate issues and drive initiatives to ensure results
• Strong oral and written communication and presentation skills including the ability to communicate strategic messages clearly and consistently with the team, making linkages to individual goals and accomplishments
