Job Description – Field Service Engineer

Our company has been providing reliable power backup solutions across Karnataka for more than a decade. We are authorized partners of leading brands such as Eaton, Delta, and ABB, specializing in UPS sales, installation, commissioning, preventive maintenance, and service support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, service, and maintain UPS systems and power backup equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and electronic faults.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance at customer sites.
- Provide technical support and ensure timely issue resolution.
- Prepare service reports and maintain customer records.
- Follow safety standards and company service procedures.
Eligibility:
- ITI or Diploma in Electronics/Electrical Engineering.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Basic knowledge of electrical and electronic systems is preferred.
- Willingness to travel for field service assignments.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
