Branch Receivable Officer
- Collections & Delinquency Management: Proactively track customer repayment schedules. Contact overdue accounts via phone calls or field visits to improve collection efficiency.
- Portfolio & Risk Monitoring: Review daily debtor reports, analyze financial trends, and monitor credit statuses to mitigate financial risk for the branch.
- Dispute Resolution: Investigate outstanding balances and collaborate with cross-functional teams (like sales or legal) to resolve billing issues and client complaints.
- Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all financial transactions, document verifications, and disbursement procedures comply with internal policies and banking laws.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and submit regular collection and receivable reports to branch and head office management.
