Job Purpose

To support mechanical design and engineering activities for onshore/offshore oil & gas and industrial projects by delivering high-quality design deliverables in line with project standards and timelines.

• We are Hiring Mechanical Designers across multiple levels to support projects in the Onshore upstream and downstream (Oil and Gas, Petrochemical) experience is required.
• These roles are based in Baroda, with opportunities aligned to experience, technical capability and project requirements.
• This recruitment is part of an invite‑only hiring drive scheduled for Saturday, 20 June 2026, at our Baroda office. Interviews will be conducted only for pre‑screened candidates who receive a formal invitation from our Talent Acquisition team.
• Roles will be offered at Designer & Designer Level II, depending on experience and skills.

• Compensation and grades will be aligned accordingly. Opportunities may be offered as permanent or fixed‑term contract positions.
  
  Key Responsibilities

• Develop mechanical design drawings and layouts (GA drawings, fabrication drawings, skid layouts, equipment layouts).
• Prepare and review 2D/3D models using tools like AutoCAD, E3D, SP3D or equivalent.
• Coordinate with piping, process, structural, and electrical teams for design integration.
• Assist in preparation of equipment datasheets, vendor drawings, and technical documentation.
• Review and incorporate vendor inputs and client comments into design deliverables.
• Ensure compliance with international standards, project specifications, and safety guidelines.
• Support project team in design reviews, model reviews, and clash checks.
• Maintain design quality, accuracy, and adherence to project schedules.

Qualifications

• Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering

Experience Required

• Experience in oil & gas / EPC / refinery / petrochemical projects
• Hands-on experience in mechanical design and 3D modelling tools
• Exposure to brownfield / greenfield projects is an added advantage

Preferred

• Familiarity with Worley or EPC project environment
• Good understanding of international codes & standards (API, ASME, etc.)
• Strong coordination and communication skills
