• Job Responsibilities:Oversee day-to-day outlet operations and ensure smooth functioning.
• Lead, supervise, and motivate the team to achieve business goals.
• Manage inventory, stock levels, and store assets.
• Monitor cash handling, billing, and daily sales reports.
• Ensure excellent guest service and resolve customer concerns.
• Maintain outlet cleanliness, safety, and operational standards.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure all games and attractions are functioning properly.
• Assist in staff training, scheduling, and performance management.
• Requirements:Graduate/Diploma holder preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in retail, hospitality, entertainment, or store operations.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and inventory management.
• Willing to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
