Relationship Manager - Retail

1. Lead Generation and Sales Targets
  • New Customer Acquisition: You find new buyers through cold calling, real estate visits, and market events.
  • Target Achievement: You hit exact monthly and quarterly goals for total loan amounts sold.
  • Partner Networking: You build partnerships with real estate agents (builders), brokers, and previous clients to get referral leads. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]

2. Loan Processing and Document Checks
  • File Preparation: You help the client fill out the loan application.
  • Document Verification: You collect and check important paperwork like KYC (ID), income proofs (salary slips/tax returns), and property papers.
  • Site Visits: You visit properties or construction sites to verify the home's value and location. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]

3. Processing Speed (TAT)
  • Fast Processing: You ensure the loan moves quickly from application to final approval and disbursement.
  • Team Coordination: You act as the bridge between the customer and internal bank departments (like Risk or Credit teams) to fix any missing details quickly. [1, 2, 3, 4]

4. Customer Service and Relationship Building
  • Product Education: You explain interest rates, EMIs, and loan features clearly to the buyer.
  • Query Resolution: You answer customer questions and provide updates on their loan status. [1, 2, 3]

5. Compliance and Risk
  • Fraud Prevention: You ensure all submitted documents are real and valid to protect the bank from losing money. [1, 2, 3]
