Team Leader - Sales-CREDIT CARD-Sales (D0)

As a Team Leader in the Sales-CREDIT CARD-Sales (D0) department, you will play a crucial role in driving the bank's credit card sales and achieving business targets. Your primary focus will be on leading and motivating a team of sales executives to deliver exceptional results. You will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a positive work environment.

  • Lead and manage a team of sales executives, providing guidance and support to drive sales performance.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members for their development.
  • Ensure compliance with sales processes and regulations, maintaining high ethical standards.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolutions.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance the sales team's skills and knowledge.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve sales strategies.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales leadership role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a high-performing sales team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Proficiency in using sales management tools and CRM systems.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Good knowledge of credit card products, features, and benefits.
  • Willingness to travel for business purposes and attend industry events.
