Warden (Male & Female)

* Minimum 2 years of relevant experience

* Languages: English, Hindi & Kannada

Location : - RV Vidyanikethan Post, 8th Mile, Mysore Rd, RV Vidyaniketan, Mailasandra, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560059

Oversee daily operations of the student housing facility. ● Supervise and coordinate housekeeping and security teams to ensure cleanliness and safety standards. ● Handle resident queries, complaints, and conflicts with prompt and effective resolution. ● Support sales-related activities including resident onboarding, retention, and lease renewals. ● Ensure compliance with company policies, housing rules, and safety regulations. ● Conduct regular property inspections and coordinate with maintenance teams to address issues. ● Support community engagement initiatives and resident events. ● Maintain accurate records of resident interactions, inspections, and maintenance requests. Qualifications & Skills ● Experience in residential, hostel, or property management (student housing preferred). ● Strong interpersonal and communication skills. ● Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. ● Leadership experience with team supervision capabilities. ● Problem-solving mindset with a resident-first approach.
