Associate Manager Data Science / RR-0302002

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end transition projects, ensuring smooth migration of processes and operations.
• Develop transition plans, governance frameworks, and execution strategies aligned to client objectives.
• Conduct due diligence, process assessments, and risk evaluations to support transition readiness.
• Drive Knowledge Transfer (KT) activities, training plans, and documentation management.
• Manage stakeholders across clients, operations, technology, quality, and leadership teams.
• Track project milestones, risks, dependencies, and transition deliverables through defined tollgates.
• Facilitate change management and change control reviews to ensure business continuity.
• Establish dashboards, reporting mechanisms, and transition metrics for program tracking.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and issue resolution.
• Capture lessons learned and drive continuous improvement initiatives across transitions.

Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of experience in Transition, Program Management, or Business Process Transformation.
• Proven experience managing end-to-end process transitions in a BPO/BPM environment.
• Strong project management, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Experience in risk management, governance, and change management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proficiency in transition methodologies, tools, and reporting dashboards.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Graduate/Postgraduate degree.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum certifications preferred.
• Experience in Life Insurance/Financial Services domain is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
