Job Description
मुख्य जिम्मेदारियां:
* सोसायटी के कॉमन एरिया, लॉबी, कॉरिडोर, लिफ्ट, सीढ़ियां और क्लब हाउस की सफाई बनाए रखना।
* झाड़ू, पोछा, डस्टिंग एवं कचरा संग्रहण का कार्य करना।
* पार्किंग एरिया, बेसमेंट और सोसायटी परिसर की नियमित सफाई करना।
* कूड़ेदान खाली करना और कचरे का निर्धारित स्थान पर निपटान करना।
* वॉशरूम एवं अन्य सार्वजनिक सुविधाओं की स्वच्छता बनाए रखना।
* सफाई सामग्री एवं उपकरणों का सही उपयोग और रखरखाव करना।
* किसी भी टूट-फूट, लीकेज या रखरखाव संबंधी समस्या की सूचना सुपरवाइजर को देना।
* सोसायटी के स्वच्छता एवं सुरक्षा मानकों का पालन करना।
* त्योहारों, कार्यक्रमों या विशेष अवसरों पर अतिरिक्त सफाई कार्य में सहयोग देना।
