- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Oversee the implementation of best practices in database management to enhance system stability and security.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and improve team capabilities.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure database systems meet evolving business requirements.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Basis Administration.
- Experience in database installation, configuration, and maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of database backup, recovery, and performance tuning.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex database issues efficiently.
- Familiarity with database security protocols and compliance standards.
- Skilled in scripting and automation to streamline database management tasks.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Basis Administration.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
