Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess individuals' interests, skills, values, and personality to identify suitable vocational pathways.
  • Counsel students on vocational education programs, skill development courses, and training opportunities.
  • Explain course content, duration, fees, and employment prospects.
  • Guide students on available scholarships and relevant government schemes.
  • Monitor and track candidates' progress after counselling and throughout their training.
  • Maintain accurate student records and documentation using the organization's ERP portal.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Empathy and active listening abilities.
  • Strong counselling and guidance skills.
  • Knowledge of vocational education, skill development programs, and labor market trends.
  • Good organizational and documentation skills.
  • Basic computer proficiency and experience with data management.

Remuneration:

💼 Compensation will be calculated on an hourly basis and paid monthly.
