Senior Associate Information Systems Business Systems Analyst

As a Senior Associate IS Bus Sys Analyst, you are responsible for leading complex business analysis activities and supporting business and digital transformation initiatives. This role works closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to elicit, analyse, and document requirements, translate business needs into effective solutions, and ensure successful delivery of change. The role operates with minimal supervision, manages multiple stakeholders, and contributes to improving processes, systems, and outcomes across the organisation. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Elicit, Gather, analyse, and document business and functional requirements.  

• Creating Business Requirement Documents , SRS, Workflow diagrams, Data Flow Diagrams 

• Developing Wireframes / UI/UX mock ups using any platform tools like lovable for product demo to the stakeholders. 

• Critical bridge between business team and technical team, translate business needs into clear technical requirements, turn them into User stories with well-defined acceptance criteria.  

• Lead Agile ceremonies or act as Scrum Master (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, backlog grooming).  

• Ensure adherence to Agile principles and best practices.  

• Track sprint progress, identify risks, and remove blockers.  

• Facilitate communication and coordination across cross-functional teams.  

• Drive continuous improvement in team processes and delivery efficiency.  

• Proactively communicate and work closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment between business expectations and technical delivery by showing demos and collecting feedback.  

• Support backlog refinement and prioritization activities.  

• Proactively identify the dependencies, risk and communicate while implementing cross functional capabilities. 

• Impact analysis for the new requirements or change requests on the existing application 

• Reports generation on demand for the stakeholders based on their needs. 

• Triage and RCA for the support issues. 

• Work closely with the Quality team to provide clarifications & support when needed. 

• Ensure overall quality, accuracy, and completeness of delivered solutions.  

• Get Involved in various phases of testing & support UAT testing with the business users. 

• Ensure clear communication of requirements, issues, and status updates.  

• Maintain documentation for requirements, testing, and processes.  

Required Skills & Qualifications 

• 5-9 years of experience in Business Analysis with Agile way of working.  

• Strong experience in requirements elicitation processes 

• Experience in maintaining documentation and synthesize them into BRDs, Data Flow & Workflow diagram 

• Experience in designing Mock ups or Wireframe based on the requirements 

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.  

• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities across the team. 

• Willingness to learn new tools, technologies, and take on additional responsibilities.  

• Strong working knowledge on Scrum Ceremonies & lead them effortlessly 

• Participate in UAT testing & gather feedback for further enhancements 

• Ability to support the team in multiple capabilities & communicate clearly. 

Nice to Have 

• Prior experience acting as a Scrum Master.  

• Prior knowledge of working on Salesforce platform projects and ability to query data.  

• Experience working in enterprise or large-scale environments.  

• Familiarity with test management or defect tracking tools.

Basic Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s /master’s degree and over 5-9 years of Computer Science, IT or related field experience
