Graphic Designer

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer who can design for Print-on-Demand (POD) products like t-shirts, mugs, canvases, blankets, and more. The ideal candidate has strong design skills, a good sense of aesthetics, and is open to learning new tools (like Customily and Teeinblue) used for personalized product creation. Training will be provided for app-specific tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Design eye-catching and high-quality artwork for various POD products based on themes like family, relationships, holidays, and occasions

Prepare designs for personalization by structuring layers and visual elements logically

Create clean and appealing mockups for product listings and marketing purposes

Ensure all designs meet print specifications and are ready for fulfillment

Organize design files, clipart, and layers systematically for easy management

Work with team members to adapt or revise designs based on feedback

Learn and use personalization tools (Customily or Teeinblue) to build dynamic design templates (training will be provided)

Requirements:

Strong skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or any graphic design tool

Good understanding of layout, typography, and color combinations

Creative mindset with the ability to generate original, emotional, and trend-based concepts

Basic knowledge of file formats, DPI, and print-ready artwork preparation

Ability to follow creative briefs and brand style guidelines

Open to learning new tools and processes related to personalized product design

Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated

Preferred (but not required):

Prior experience in POD or eCommerce design

Familiarity with Shopify or any online store builder

Understanding of personalized products and buyer psychology
