Customer Service Representative
We are hiring a Customer Service Representative for our Bhandup, Mumbai office. The role involves calling customers from the company database, understanding their insurance-related issues, and explaining how the company can help recover funds lost due to mis-sold or lapsed insurance policies. Candidates should have good communication skills in Hindi and basic English, maintain customer records, follow up for documents, and coordinate with internal teams for case resolution. Freshers and experienced candidates with 12th Pass or Graduation are welcome.
