Manager - Warehouse plays a pivotal role in overseeing the operations of our stores, ensuring efficient management of inventory, and delivering exceptional customer service. This role involves managing a team, implementing strategies to optimize store performance, and maintaining a conducive environment for both customers and employees.

Your responsibilities:

Team Leadership: Lead and motivate store staff to achieve plant revenue targets, uphold service standards, and promote a positive work culture.

Inventory Management: Oversee stock levels, replenishment, and inventory accuracy and take necessary action to keep under control to ensure adequate parts availability while minimizing overstock and stockouts.

Visual Merchandising: Collaborate with the merchandising team to ensure attractive product displays and maintain store aesthetics in line with brand standards.

Customer Service Excellence: Foster a customer-centric approach among store staff, resolve internal customer complaints effectively, and ensure a seamless stores experience.

Operational Efficiency: Streamline store processes, optimize resource allocation, and ensure compliance with operational procedures and policies.

Training and Development: Conduct regular training sessions for staff to enhance product knowledge, sales skills, and customer service capabilities.

Vendor Relations: Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors, for outsourced activities and ensure the compliances are met

Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, conduct regular store inspections, and address any compliance issues promptly.

Financial Management: Assist in resource planning, monitor expenses, and implement cost-saving initiatives to improve store profitability.

The Manager for Stores plays a crucial role in driving the success of our business operations by ensuring operational excellence, fostering a customer-centric culture, and maximizing sales opportunities. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about retail management and committed to delivering exceptional results.

What you bring

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in commerce group or business administration or PGD, Retail Management, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in retail management, preferably in a managerial or leadership role.

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Proficiency in inventory management systems and various ERPs.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret stores data and make informed decisions.

  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

  • Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as required.

  • Proficiency on the Inventory data Analysis – through MS Office is must and compulsory.

  • Coordinate with other stakeholders in reducing the inventory and managing the inventory effectively.

  • Able to develop the presentation skill with the available modern techniques on the reporting.

  • Ready to create smaller applications or system-based automation on the day-to-day activities wherever possible.
