Key Responsibilities

• Manage Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
• Create engaging social media posts using Canva or similar tools.
• Research local businesses and generate qualified leads.
• Collect business information from Google Maps, LinkedIn, and other online sources.
• Update and maintain lead data in the CRM system.
• Assist in WhatsApp and Email marketing campaigns.
• Support Facebook and Google Ads campaigns.
• Perform basic SEO activities and keyword research.
• Conduct competitor and market research.
• Prepare daily and weekly work reports.
• Collaborate with the team on marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Assist in website content updates using CMS or admin panel.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare basic marketing reports.

Required Skills

• Basic understanding of Digital Marketing.
• Basic knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Familiarity with Canva or any graphic design tool.
• Basic computer and internet skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Strong willingness to learn Digital Marketing, SEO, Lead Generation, Content Marketing, and online business growth.
• Passion for digital marketing, creativity, and a willingness to learn and grow in a startup environment.
• Excellent communication skills in Bengali (Mandatory). Basic English is required. Hindi language proficiency will be considered an added advantage.
• Opportunity to work directly with the founding team and gain hands-on startup experience.
