Interior Site Supervisor

We are an Large Scale Architecture & High End Interior Design Firm. We are looking for an Interior Site Supervisor, with a good amount of experience handling Large Scale / Boutique Interior Sites.

Please find the basic requirements.

Project Execution: Oversee day-to-day on-site operations, ensuring interior fit-outs are built exactly to architectural and design specifications.

Vendor & Subcontractor Management: Coordinate and schedule carpenters, painters, electricians, and other trades to prevent workflow bottlenecks.

Quality & Safety Control: Conduct daily site inspections to ensure workmanship meets quality standards and strict safety protocols are enforced.

Material Management: Monitor inventory, ensure timely delivery of raw materials (plywood, laminates, fixtures), and prevent material wastage.

Client & Team Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact on site, providing project updates to management, designers, and clients.

Please note, we work with the best developers for their large residential projects and high net worth individuals for their private residences. We require a person who is confident in pushing and handling the site on their own. Time management is of the utmost importance and making sure everything is done before handover, is the main requirement.
