Deputy Manager - BIW STA
Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
- Own proving, trials and technical readiness of panel dies
- Ensure die capability meets quality, dimensional and output requirements
- Drive try‑outs, issue closure and die optimization with suppliers
- Support APQP, FTG and E‑PPAP for panel dies
- Validate die readiness for mature business volumes and SOP
- Coordinate closely with BIW engineering, manufacturing and quality
- Ensure timely sample availability at all project gates
