Job Description
Note:
- This role is on contract (Third Party Payroll)
- Location: Thane - Hiranandani Estate
- Shift: 24*7 rotational shift
- Candidates must have experience in managing employee transportation
- Only local candidates will be considered for this role.
Job Description:
- Coordinate daily transport operations for employees, staff, or materials.
- Plan and optimize routes for cost efficiency and timely service.
- Manage transport vendors, drivers, and vehicle schedules.• Monitor vehicle movement, trip status, and service quality.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and transport safety regulations.
- Maintain transport records, MIS reports, attendance, and trip data.
- Resolve transport-related issues, delays, and employee concerns.
- Coordinate emergency transportation arrangements when required.
- Monitor fuel usage, vehicle maintenance schedules, and operational costs.
- Support implementation of cost-saving transport solutions and process improvements.
