Job Description
Job Title: Real Estate Sales Executive
Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, conducting site visits, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets for residential and commercial real estate projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Generate and qualify leads through various marketing channels, references, and walk-ins.
* Contact prospective clients and understand their property requirements.
* Schedule and conduct property presentations and site visits.
* Explain project features, pricing, payment plans, and legal documentation to customers.
* Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects to convert inquiries into bookings.
* Coordinate with internal teams for customer documentation and booking processes.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
* Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
* Achieve individual and team sales targets.
* Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers for future business and referrals.
* Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and real estate regulations.
Required Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
* 1–5 years of experience in real estate sales or a similar sales role.
* Freshers with strong communication and sales skills may also apply.
Skills & Competencies
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Strong customer relationship management abilities.
* Ability to understand customer requirements and provide suitable property solutions.
* Good presentation and interpersonal skills.
* Self-motivated and target-driven.
* Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
* Ability to work on weekends and flexible schedules as required.
