Job Description

Job Purpose:

Drive life insurance sales by building strong customer relationships, identifying financial protection needs, and recommending suitable life insurance solutions. The role involves achieving sales targets through direct customer interactions and partner relationship management while delivering an exceptional customer experience.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Generate life insurance business through leads, referrals, and existing customer relationships.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and business partners.
  • Understand customers' financial goals and recommend appropriate life insurance solutions
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of documentation and policy issuance.
  • Provide post-sales service, including renewals and policy servicing.
  • Coordinate with internal teams such as Operations, Underwriting, and Customer Service for smooth policy processing.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and compliance with IRDAI guidelines.
  • Regularly update CRM and sales reports.


Desired Candidate Profile:


  • Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
  • 1–5 years of experience in Life Insurance, Banking, BFSI, Financial Services, Wealth Management, or Direct Sales.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
  • Customer-focused with excellent presentation abilities.
  • Self-driven with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Familiarity with life insurance products and financial planning concepts is preferred.
