Job Description
Position: Premium Acquisition Manager (PAM) / Business Development Officer (BDO)
Location: Jalandhar
Responsibilities:
Acquire new customers for Savings & Current Accounts (CASA).
Generate leads through field sales and referrals.
Cross-sell banking products such as Fixed Deposits, Insurance, and other financial products.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure high customer satisfaction.
