Team Collections Manager-AGRI-FIN-TRACTOR LOANS AND RETAIL(TFE)-Recovery Branch
- Responsible for managing a team focused on collections and recovery of agricultural finance loans, specifically tractor loans and retail finance. - Overseeing recovery branch operations to ensure timely and effective loan recovery. - Coordinating with field teams and retail customers to manage outstanding dues. - Requires leadership skills to manage and motivate collections team. - Role demands understanding of agricultural finance products and retail loan recovery processes. - Candidate should be experienced in banking or financial services collections domain. - The position is location-specific to Beed, Maharashtra. - Emphasis on recovery and collections within the agricultural and retail finance sectors.Job role
