Job Summary:
The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, acquiring new customers, maintaining relationships with architects and clients, and achieving sales targets for interior design, modular furniture, and turnkey fit-out and furnishing projects. The role requires strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills to convert inquiries into successful projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in residential, commercial, retail, hospitality, and institutional sectors.
- Meet prospective clients to understand their interior design and furnishing requirements.
- Conduct site visits, client presentations, and follow-up meetings.
- Generate inquiries through direct marketing, referrals, networking, and field visits.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and project estimates in coordination with the design and estimation teams.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close sales deals to achieve assigned targets.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and ensure timely conversion of leads.
Architect & Builder Coordination
- Develop and maintain relationships with architects, interior designers, consultants, builders, contractors, and developers.
- Regularly visit architect and builder offices to generate project leads and business opportunities.
- Promote the company's interior solutions, products, and services to industry professionals.
- Coordinate with architects and clients regarding project specifications and requirements
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Additional certifications or courses in sales, negotiation, or interior design are a plus.
Experience
- Fresher’s with strong communication and sales aptitude may also apply.
- Experience in sales, preferably in interior design, modular furniture, construction, building materials, real estate, or related industries.
Soft Skills:
- Good communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence clients and close deals effectively.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and maintain long-term partnerships.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently to achieve results.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple client relationships and sales opportunities simultaneously.
