Job Summary:The Bamboo Nation is looking for an experienced and dynamic Food & Beverage (F&B) Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, manage staff, and ensure an outstanding dining experience for customers. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to maintain high standards of food quality, service, and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities:🍽 Restaurant Operations & Customer Experience

• Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth service.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.
• Ensure excellent customer experience by addressing concerns and feedback.
• Monitor and enhance service efficiency to improve customer satisfaction.

👥 Staff Management & Training

• Hire, train, and supervise kitchen and service staff.
• Conduct regular team meetings and performance evaluations.
• Develop training programs to enhance service quality and efficiency.

💰 Inventory & Cost Control

• Monitor food and beverage inventory and manage stock levels.
• Work with suppliers to ensure the best quality ingredients at cost-effective rates.
• Control costs, minimize waste, and maximize profitability.

📈 Sales & Revenue Management

• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.
• Analyze revenue reports and suggest improvements to boost profitability.
• Plan and execute promotional events and special dining experiences.

📜 Compliance & Hygiene Standards

• Ensure adherence to food safety, hygiene, and licensing regulations.
• Conduct regular audits to maintain cleanliness and compliance.

Skills & Qualifications:✅ Experience: 2-4 years in F&B management or restaurant operations.

✅ Skills:

• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to handle inventory, budgeting, and cost control.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and quality standards.
• ✅ Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management / F&B Management (preferred).
• ✅ Language: Proficiency in English & Hindi.
