What would you do? Lead end-to-end Finance & Accounting service delivery across PTP, OTC, RTR, SCF, and FP&A processes. Responsible for client relationship management, operational excellence, transformation and automation initiatives, governance, risk & compliance, financial performance, stakeholder management, and leadership of global delivery teams while driving business value and continuous improvement. PTP: Invoice Processing, Payments, Vendor Management, T&E. OTC: Billing, Cash Application, Collections, Credit Management. RTR: Journal Entries, Reconciliations, Fixed Assets, Financial Reporting, Close Management. SCF: Inventory Accounting, Inventory Costing, Product Costing, Manufacturing Finance. Financial & Commercial Management Own account profitability, productivity, utilization, and margin improvement. Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities. Manage scope changes, commercial discussions, and revenue growth initiatives. Deliver committed business value to clients. People Leadership Lead, mentor, and develop teams of 20–100+ resources. Drive workforce planning, succession management, and capability building. Manage performance, employee engagement, and retention. Promote a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous learning. Governance, Risk & Compliance Ensure compliance with SOX, Internal Controls, Audit, Data Privacy, and Regulatory requirements. Drive issue resolution and risk mitigation plans. Lead internal and external audits. Maintain a robust controls environment across all finance processes.

Lead governance discussions, business reviews, and transformation workshops. Build strong client relationships and drive customer satisfaction. Manage contractual commitments and support business growth opportunities Service Delivery Leadership Own end-to-end delivery of Finance & Accounting operations across PTP, OTC, RTR, FP&A, and Supply Chain Finance. Ensure achievement of SLA, KPI, Quality, Productivity, and Compliance targets. Lead Daily, Weekly, Monthly, and Quarterly governance reviews with clients. Manage operational risks, escalations, and business continuity plans. • •Accounts Receivable (AR) •Accounts Payable Processing •Accounting Reconciliation •Product Costing and Inventory Transformation & Continuous Improvement Drive Finance Transformation initiatives through Automation, Analytics, AI, GenAI, and Process Mining. Lead standardization, simplification, and productivity programs. Identify cost optimization and value realization opportunities. Champion digital finance solutions and intelligent operations.
