Role
As the Territory Sales Manager you will be part of the Sales - India BU and will report to the Area Sales Manager.
The purpose of your role will be to effectively achieve ABP (Despatch, retail and Market Share) through lead management, leveraging sales enablers, proper implementation of the dealer sales process, timely funds review & collection, and trained manpower availability.

Your key responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
1. To achieve ABP despatch, retail and MS for assigned territory
2. Strengthen prospect management at the channel
3. Sales Enablers
4. To improve customer experience
5. Growth in Hero Genuine Accessories Sale
A Day in the life
As the TM- Sales, you will be planning and driving the achievement of ABP(Despatch & Retail) and strategise on increasing the market share by leveraging the sales enablers.
You will have an exciting opportunity to explore different avenues to strengthen the prospect management at the channel to drive new vehicles sales
