Summary:
As an Application Lead, a typical day involves spearheading the design, development, and configuration of applications while serving as the main liaison for all related activities. This role requires coordinating efforts across various teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of applications. The position demands proactive engagement in problem-solving and decision-making to drive project success and maintain alignment with organizational goals. The Application Lead continuously monitors progress, facilitates communication among stakeholders, and ensures that deliverables meet quality standards and timelines.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience.
- Should have Influencing and Advisory skills.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead collaboration efforts to align project objectives with business needs.
- Mentor and support team members to foster professional growth and enhance team performance.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Kinaxis.
- Strong understanding of application design and configuration principles.
- Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions.
- Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective strategies.
- Excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration among diverse groups.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 6 years of experience in Kinaxis.
- This position is based at our KDC1A - SEZ office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
