As the strategic engine for RDT Group Functions, our team bridges high-level vision with world-class execution. Our Core Focus Areas:

  • Strategy & Execution: Co-developing functional strategy and managing global budgets to turn vision into reality.

  • Operational Intelligence: Delivering sophisticated, evidence-based insights to guide senior leadership decision-making.

  • Shared Capabilities: Orchestrating a diverse portfolio of expertise to support and empower RDT sub-functions.

  • Cross-Functional Synergy: Partnering across RDT Group Functions and other RDT functions as well as business partners in Finance, P&C and Procurement to drive seamless, end-to-end delivery.

The Opportunity:

  • Drive Project Success: You take full ownership of well-planned tasks and lead smaller projects or initiatives within your area to ensure high-quality delivery.

  • Shape Project Scope: You assist in documenting and outlining the scope for larger, complex projects, proactively identifying and flagging potential issues early.

  • Solve Complex Problems: You independently analyze delivery challenges, identify root causes, and propose innovative solutions while building trust with your product teams.

  • Engage Key Stakeholders: You identify stakeholder needs and deliver tailored communication and facilitated meetings to ensure alignment and collaboration.

  • Maintain Delivery Discipline: You monitor progress against milestones and report status transparently to stakeholders to maintain high standards of outcome.

  • Champion Process Improvement: You identify and implement minor process improvements within your scope to increase team efficiency and operational autonomy.

  • Align Strategy and Action: You participate in workgroups that support team-related outcomes, aligning your daily work with the broader organizational strategy.

  • Navigate Diverse Archetypes: You adapt your delivery approach—whether as a Project Manager, Coordinator, or Scrum Master—to meet the specific needs of the organization.

Who you are:

  • Experienced Project Lead: You bring demonstrated experience managing small to medium-sized initiatives or workstreams within a larger product context.

  • Analytical Problem Solver: You possess a proven ability to independently analyze delivery problems, identify root causes, and own the resulting solution plans.

  • Stakeholder Partner: You are skilled at building rapport, facilitating cross-functional meetings, and managing expectations within a defined area of responsibility.

  • Methodology Proficient: You have increasing proficiency in standard delivery methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or ITIL to drive outcomes.

  • Business-Minded Contributor: You understand the business context of your deliverables and apply that knowledge to solve problems and align with business needs.

  • Effective Communicator: You demonstrate strong collaboration skills and the ability to build trust with peers and product teams through transparent interaction.

  • Qualified Professional: You hold a relevant University degree or equivalent educational background, complemented by 3+ years of experience in delivery management roles.
