Sr Business Analytics Analyst - Data Analyst

Scope:

• We are looking for a Senior Data Solutions Analyst to independently own data solution delivery across key business domains. In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders, contribute to solution architecture, and bridge the gap between technical data capabilities and strategic business outcomes.

What You Will Do

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with data engineering, platform teams, and global business units including Finance, HR, and Customer Experience (CX) to translate ambiguous goals into robust, well-governed technical requirements.
• End-to-End Ownership: Lead the discovery, design, deployment, and adoption of scalable dashboards, analytical products, and self-service reporting capabilities.
• Architecture Contribution: Participate in solution architecture discussions, defining data modeling standards, and integration plan.

• Executive Narratives: Build high-impact Power BI dashboards and semantic models that translate complex metrics into clear business insights.
• AI & Automation: Proactively identify opportunities to integrate generative AI, predictive modeling, and automation into existing business workflows.

• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive solution documentation, data dictionaries, and end-user enablement materials.
• Tech Stack & Tools
• Analytics & BI: Advanced SQL, Power BI, Tableau
• Data Platforms: Databricks, Snowflake, AWS Redshift
• Advanced Analytics: Python, R, Statistical Modeling
• AI & GenAI: Claude Code, Codex, LLM-powered Application Development
• Engineering Practices: GitHub, and Version Control

What we are looking for

• Experience: 5–7 years in data solutions and advanced analytics
• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative or business-related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• Core Technical Skills: Expert-level SQL, proven dimensional data modeling, and experience scaling enterprise-level cloud data platforms.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional stakeholder engagement, with a proven track record of leading discovery sessions and translating complex business problems into elegant data solutions.
• Data Governance: Familiarity with data governance concepts and metadata management practices.
