Job Description

Make outbound calls to leads received from Instagram ads, messages, and inquiries

Understand customer needs and provide relevant information about products/services.

Schedule Pickup and Cordinate with internal store team.

Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and lead status in Excel

Coordinate with the sales team for lead handover and closure.
