Job Specifications:

                            

Qualifications: Qualified CA      

 

Experience: 3-5 years or above of work experience in income-tax and regulatory (FEMA, Banking / NBFC Regulation, Insurance, ARCs, etc.) matters.

 

Roles and Responsibilities:

         Execute and supervise the day-to-day tax and regulatory compliance and advisory assignments.

         Accountable for the timely delivery of high-quality engagements

         Assistance in preparation/review of income-tax submissions/compilations for assessment/appellate matters and representation before the income-tax authorities

         Accountable for adherence with internal risk management of the firm.

         Build positive client relationships and demonstrate understanding of the client’s requirements and business

         Be up-to-date on developments in income-tax and regulatory space – FEMA, NBFC, Insurance Regulations, etc.

         Assist senior members of team on prospective client pursuits

         Supervise effectively junior team members and take responsibility for reviewing their work

         Play a significant role in knowledge sharing.

 

Skills

         Good Communication / presentation skills

         Possess good analytical skills and the ability to learn and succeed in a fast-paced environment 

         Strong knowledge in income-tax and working knowledge in FEMA, Banking/NBFC Regulations, Insurance, ARCs, etc.

         Delivery of multiple engagements with quality standards and as per the agreed timelines

         Good people and client management skills

         Excellent communication skills with an ability to interact with all levels across the organization.
