Retail Sales Executive

Job Summary:We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Retail Sales Executive to join our store team. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, driving sales, and ensuring an excellent in-store experience.

• Key Responsibilities:Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
• Achieve individual and store sales targets
• Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on new arrivals
• Ensure proper visual merchandising and store cleanliness
• Handle billing and POS operations accurately
• Manage stock, replenishment, and inventory checks
• Address customer queries and resolve complaints effectively
• Requirements:Minimum 12th pass / Graduate
• 1–3 years of experience in retail sales (preferred)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-oriented with a positive attitude
• Basic knowledge of billing/POS systems
• Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays
