Specialist - Cloud & Infra Management
Roles Responsibilities Enstar SAM Engagement
In alignment with the details mentioned in the Service Delivery Contract working on Endtoend Software Asset Management SAM using Xensam covering SaaS Cloud and OnPrem environments ensuring license compliance and audit readiness
Carrying SAM maturity assessment activities tracking identified gapsobservations and driving closure in alignment with defined compliance objectives
Consolidating procurement and contract data from Enstar and LTM stakeholders and integrating validated records into Xensam for a centralized license entitlement repository to be in place
Conducting Effective License Position ELP creation and reconciliation for key publishers eg Microsoft aligning entitlements with consumption to identify compliance risks and optimization opportunities
Managing license lifecycle governance including allocation harvestingreclamation and decommissioning to optimize software utilization and minimize wastage
Designed and implemented SAM SOPs including
oLicense renewal expiry management
oLicense offboarding decommissioning
oAudit reclamation compliance tracking
Ensuring standardization and operational consistency across the environment
Ensured auditready posture by maintaining
oEntitlement repositories
oUsage and deployment evidence
oRenewal and contract tracking within Xensam
Collaborating with crossfunctionally with EUC Cloud Infrastructure Procurement and Security teams to ensure accurate deployment mapping usage validation and control enforcement
Delivering governance and reporting deliverables including
oMonthly License Management Reports
oCFS decks
oAdhoc reports based on stakeholder requirements
Supporting audit and compliance requests by providing validated datasets evidence packs and reconciliation outputs within defined timelines
Continuously working on enhancing the SAM governance processes and controls in alignment with ITAMSAM best practices
Communicating license compliance posture risks and cost optimization opportunities to stakeholders through structured executive reporting
