Relationship Manager - MF Collections

  • Target Achievement: Meeting assigned monthly, quarterly, and yearly targets for loan origination, processing, and total disbursed volume. [1, 2, 3]
  • Lead Generation & Sourcing: Generating new leads through cold calling, field visits, and community outreach. Building referral networks with builders, real estate agents, and existing customers. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]
  • Application Processing: Meeting clients to explain loan products (e.g., interest rates, tenure). Collecting, verifying, and assessing KYC and property documents. [1, 2, 3]
  • File Processing & Disbursement: Coordinating with internal credit and risk teams for property valuation, file sanctioning, and final fund disbursement. [1, 2, 3]
  • Customer Relationship Management: Maintaining regular communication with applicants regarding their loan status, resolving queries, and ensuring high customer satisfaction
