Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Performing basic food preparation tasks such as preparing waffles, garnishing, and assembling food items.
- Taking customer orders and providing accurate information about menu items.
- Preparing food items according to recipes and standards shared by the Store Manager.
- Handling the cash register and processing customer payments accurately.
- Cleaning the store and surrounding areas, including sweeping and mopping floors.
- Preparing ingredients and maintaining inventory of food items in the kitchen area.
- Taking customer orders over the phone and providing excellent customer service.
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and hygienic work environment at all times.
- Maintaining proper inventory and stock levels at the outlet.
- Participating in training programs to enhance service skills, product knowledge, and brand standards.
