Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Oversee the implementation of best practices and ensure adherence to project guidelines.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to align application objectives with business goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Tableau.
- Strong skills in data visualization and dashboard creation to effectively communicate insights.
- Experience in integrating Tableau with various data sources and platforms.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize Tableau workbooks for performance and usability.
- Knowledge of data preparation and transformation techniques to support accurate reporting.
- Familiarity with user access management and security configurations within Tableau environments.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Tableau.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
