Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, service, and maintain cold rooms, walk-in chillers, and freezers.
- Diagnose and repair refrigeration and electrical faults.
- Service commercial kitchen equipment such as dishwashers, combi ovens, ice machines, mixers, fryers, and exhaust hoods.
- Perform preventive maintenance according to service schedules.
- Check refrigerant levels, electrical components, compressors, thermostats, sensors, and control systems.
- Maintain service reports and communicate repair recommendations to customers.
- Ensure all work complies with safety and manufacturer standards.
- Respond to breakdown calls and provide timely technical support.
