Job Summary
Accenture Strategy & Consulting is seeking a skilled Omnichannel Designer to design cohesive customer experiences across digital and physical touchpoints, ensuring seamless omnichannel journeys.
The role focuses on designing and adapting creative assets across channels to enable scalable execution and rapid iteration — aligned to strategic briefs and performance learnings — working collaboratively across strategy, lifecycle execution, activation, creative enablement, analytics, and QA teams.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Design & Deliver Omnichannel Creative Assets: Create channel-ready creative assets for CRM, digital, and paid channels; ensure all outputs are aligned to strategic briefs and maintain brand and messaging consistency across touchpoints.
- Produce Modular & Variant-Ready Assets: Build modular, variant-ready assets to support testing and optimisation cycles; adapt creative to channel specifications while maintaining quality and consistency.
- Coordinate Asset Packaging & Handovers: Manage packaging and handover of creative files for deployment, including formats, naming conventions, versioning, and channel specifications.
- Collaborate Across Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with Copywriter, Activation, and CRM teams to enable rapid iteration based on performance signals; support a cross-functional Growth Squad operating model.
- Maintain Design QA Discipline: Apply rigorous quality assurance practices across all creative outputs; ensure assets meet brief requirements, SLAs, and channel standards before handover.
- Capture & Support Operating Model Documentation: Track throughput, rework drivers, and dependencies to support operating-model documentation and continuous improvement of the creative production process.
Professional & Technical Skills
- 5–8 years of experience in digital design, CRM creative, performance creative production, or creative operations.
- Strong proficiency in digital and CRM asset creation across multiple channels and formats.
- Demonstrated experience in creative adaptation and variant production for omnichannel campaigns.
- Rigorous design QA discipline with a high attention to detail and experience working to briefs and SLAs.
- Experience with design tools, DAM platforms, and creative QA/preview workflows.
- Familiarity with design systems and accessibility considerations.
- Light motion/animation capability and basic HTML email layout knowledge advantageous.
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across creative, activation, and analytics teams.
