Summary:
As an Application Designer, a typical day involves collaborating closely with various stakeholders to understand and clarify business needs. You will engage in defining detailed requirements and crafting application designs that align with organizational processes. This role requires thoughtful analysis and creative problem-solving to ensure that the applications developed effectively support business objectives. Throughout the day, you will participate in discussions, review design proposals, and contribute to refining solutions that enhance operational efficiency and user experience.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Document application design specifications and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Support the development team by providing clear design guidance and clarifications.
- Assist in identifying potential risks and propose mitigation strategies during the design phase.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Cloud Connect for Third Party Payroll.
- Experience in designing and implementing integration solutions within cloud-based environments.
- Strong understanding of business process workflows and application lifecycle management.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical design documents.
- Familiarity with data mapping, transformation, and validation techniques related to payroll integrations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail and quality assurance.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Workday Cloud Connect for Third Party Payroll.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
