Department: Air freight 

Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Based on experience and market standards)

Job Summary

The AWB Executive is responsible for preparing and issuing Air Way Bills, ensuring accurate documentation, and coordinating with airlines, customers, and internal teams for the timely processing of air export shipments.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and issue AWBs.

Verify shipment and export documentation.

Coordinate with airlines, customers, and overseas agents.

Ensure compliance with IATA, Customs, and company procedures.

Update shipment details in the system and maintain documentation records.

Resolve documentation-related discrepancies and support timely cargo dispatch.

Qualifications & Experience

Graduate in any discipline.

1–3 years of experience in Air Export Documentation or Freight Forwarding.

Skills

Knowledge of Air Export documentation and AWB procedures.

Familiarity with IATA and Customs documentation requirements.

Proficiency in MS Office.

Good communication, coordination, and attention to detail.
