As a Technology Delivery Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the progress of substantial and intricate technology initiatives, ensuring that project frameworks are effectively applied to meet objectives. This role requires close collaboration with project sponsors to carefully balance project scope and mitigate risks. The day is also dedicated to steering the delivery team towards maintaining high service quality while managing costs efficiently. Additionally, the role involves fostering innovation to support business growth and ensuring the successful execution of projects through strong leadership and strategic oversight.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the planning and execution of technology delivery to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Facilitate communication and coordination among diverse stakeholders to drive project success.
- Mentor and support junior team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Continuously evaluate project processes and implement improvements to optimize delivery outcomes.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Computer System Validation (CSV).
- Strong knowledge of validation lifecycle processes and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Experience in risk management and mitigation strategies within technology projects.
- Ability to analyze complex systems and develop effective validation protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering practical and scalable solutions.
- Strong communication skills to effectively engage with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
