Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook North Indian and South Indian dishes as per recipes and quality standards.
• Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and portion sizes.
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen at all times.
• Follow food safety and kitchen SOPs.
• Coordinate with the kitchen team for smooth daily operations.
• Manage ingredients efficiently and minimize wastage.
• Assist in inventory management and stock rotation.
• RequirementsExperience in North Indian and South Indian cuisine preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Good knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Punctual, responsible, and willing to learn.
